So last year this jacket was all over my LTK feed and my Instagram. I could not find it for the life of me and ONE YEAR LATER found it at my local Nordstrom! I could not believe it. With living in San Francisco, jackets have become one of my most used and valuable pieces within my collection and this has quickly become one of my favorites within my wardrobe. It comes in a few different colors and I love the fit of it. I am wearing a size small and it works with light weight sweaters and long sleeves. It is naturally oversized and provides a lot of warmth, also works if you live in a windy city! I’ve had many compliments on it and I’m so happy I finally found it!
AirPods – this is a great gift idea for literally anyone! If you are stuck on someone for a gift idea, get these!
Dana Rebecca Lauren Joy Necklace – my everyday necklace. I love this. It was a gift from my boyfriend last year for my birthday and I wear it every single day. I’m a sucker for jewelry and feel like you can never go wrong with it.
Barefoot Dreams Throw Blanket – at this point I don’t know anyone who DOESN’T own one of these. If you know someone who still has yet to experience the magic of a barefoot dreams blanket, now is the time to snag one of these up! Also, this one is on MAJOR sale!
It’s no surprise I am a shoe lover. I have way too many pairs and my collection will forever be slowly growing. Fall time is my favorite part of the year for shoes because I love boots. They are my favorite thing to wear and collect so I have quite a few recommendations for y’all. If you are in the market for new boots, I would suggest one pair of black leather boots, one pair of brown leather or suede (personal preference) and then one statement pair. I think those are the necessities that everyone should have within their wardrobe! Today I tailored this post to more affordable options so all of the ones I am recommending are under $100.
Today I am sharing with y’all a Thanksgiving inspired outfit. I absolutely love Thanksgiving and this year I will actually be up in the mountains so I am so excited to soak in all the fall Thanksgiving vibes! I wanted to share an outfit that is comfy but still very cute for Thanksgiving and fall in general.
I do need to quickly shout out this sweater. It is currently on sale and is one of the softest materials I’ve ever felt. This feels like a Barefoot Dreams Blanket (also on sale) but is super lightweight. I love how you can wear it across the shoulders, it is super flattering!
Now these booties, every single time I wear them or post them on my socials I get questions about them. I bought them last year and now they are on major sale. I know once a bigger blogger shares this deal, they will immediately sell out so while the secret is ours and sizes are still left in stock, snag them up. They are so comfy, go with literally everything and is the perfect boot for fall/winter. I love the heel, suede material and height of the boot, everything about them is just flawless.
Anyways, that is it for now! I hope you guys are all having a great week. My best friend is flying into town so I will be with her all weekend long showing her San Francisco! Can’t wait!! xoxo
To say I’ve been eating this salad on repeat would be a total understatement, I have it almost every day. It’s quick, healthy, easy and this is coming from someone who hates cooking!
I’ve been sharing this salad on my Instagram stories but wanted to give you the recipe so you could make it at home for yourself!
All of these items you can purchase at your local Trader Joes. This takes less than 10 minutes to make and is great for meal prepping food for work or a busy day.
What You Need :
Lettuce Mix of your choice
Broccoli & Kale Slaw – even if you hate kale, still try it!
Onion (if you like a little spicy kick)
Everything but the Bagel Sesame Seasoning Blend
Protein of your choice (optional)
I like to step by step create my salad, I know, totally weird but I like layers to my salads. So I will first put my lettuce mix at the bottom of my bowl. I put a healthy amount because I like a lot of volume to my salads.
Next, I take the Broccoli and Kale Slaw (I use everything in this mix, it is SO good even on its own) and put that right on top of lettuce mix. I put about 1/3 of the bag.
Then I add all of my toppings. I love bell pepper, tomatoes and cucumbers. They are some of my favorite veggies so I sprinkle a lot of them on top.
Then I like to put my feta cheese on top of the veggies. For my dressing, I drizzle some olive oil and bagel sesame seasoning blend and girl, you are good to go.
I’m not picky with the portion size of each item because typically this is my biggest source of veggies during the day, so I use a lot. I just eyeball the cheese, oil and seasoning. Do what makes your heart happy – you need a lot of cheese, put a lot of cheese! If you try this, let me know what you think down below! xoxo
It’s officially November and I am SO excited. This is my favorite time of the year and I am loving San Francisco more and more because of the weather we are having. It seriously is the best time of the year to travel to the city so if you ever find yourself planning a trip here, come in fall. I’m so not use to the leaves changing, cooler days, and brisk air since I was in Texas the past 6 years but I gotta say I am loving it. Anyways, enough about the weather, let’s talk about this bomber jacket! Y’all know I love me some good animal print and as soon as I saw this in store, I had to have it. I don’t own an animal print coat and it is such a statement piece! Mine is from the brand Avec Les Filles which I would highly recommend for coats/jackets – their quality is incredible but unfortunately I can not find a link for it. I think it is from last year? I bought mine in store at Nordstrom Rack so check your local store if you are in love with it. Macy’s also has a great selection online for their outwear and they currently have 30% off the brand! I did link a few similar ones above as well. Anways, I love this jacket and thought I would share with y’all how I would style such a statement piece.
